Savour our whole shell mussels in a Tomato Sauce with Butter, Garlic, White Wine and Herbs
Our mussels, produced off West Cork’s beautiful coastline in southwest Ireland, are cooked and frozen in a vacuum pouch to retain all of the mussels’ natural juices.
This quick, tasty and nutritious dish is ready in minutes!
Note: The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary.
Hob: Cook from frozen. Pour contents of pouch into a saucepan and cover. Cook on full heat for 4-6 mins stirring occasionally. Discard any mussels which do not open. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Microwave: Cat E 800w Full Power. Remove from all packaging. Place into a microwaveable dish. Cover with film and pierce several times. Cook for 3 minutes, stir, cook for a further 3 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Discard any mussels which do not open. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Keep frozen <-18ºC. Do not defrost. Best Before: see front of pack.
