Note: The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary.
Hob: Cook from frozen. Pour contents of pouch into a saucepan and cover. Cook on full heat for 4-6 mins stirring occasionally. Discard any mussels which do not open. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Microwave: Cat E 800w Full Power. Remove from all packaging. Place into a microwaveable dish. Cover with film and pierce several times. Cook for 4 minutes, stir, cook for a further 4 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Discard any mussels which do not open. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Keep frozen <-18ºC. Do not defrost. Best Before: see front of pack.
